1. General Provisions
- 1.1 Acceptance of Terms — by creating an account and placing any order, you automatically accept all points of these Rules, even if you have not read them in full.
- 1.2 Changes — SOCNET SMM has the right to adjust the Rules without prior notice; the current version replaces the previous one. The current date of changes to the current rules is always indicated at the bottom of this page. By continuing to use the service, you confirm your agreement with the changes.
- 1.3 Platform Compliance — you agree to use SOCNET SMM services within the rules of the social networks themselves (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
2. Services and Limitations
- 2.1 SOCNET SMM provides tools to increase metrics (followers, likes, views, etc.) that affect the visual presence of your social media accounts.
- 2.2 We cannot guarantee the presence of avatars, biographies or content for 100% of the provided accounts that are used to attract traffic.
- 2.3 We do not guarantee real interaction with new followers, likes, comments, messages and other services presented on our platform.
- 2.4 It is prohibited to post links to content with nudity, violence, hate propaganda, as well as materials that violate the legislation of countries around the world.
- 2.5 If your page already had a certain number of followers/likes/views before you order new ones from us, it will not cover refill protection, even if you order refill servers from us, as it is impossible to understand where you lost followers/likes/views.
3. Prices and Terms
- 3.1 Rates may be changed at any time without notifying the client.
- 3.2 Completion times are provided as approximate estimates; delays are not grounds for automatic refunds.
4. Liability and Disclaimer
- 4.1 SOCNET SMM is not responsible for blocking, removal of content or other sanctions from social networks on your accounts or damage to your business.
- 4.2 The maximum aggregate liability of SOCNET SMM does not exceed the amount actually paid for the disputed order.
5. Referral System
- 5.1 Self-referrals are prohibited; rewards for your own orders are not accrued.
- 5.2 Spam, misleading promises, registration of multiple accounts to bypass blocks — grounds for deletion of all your personal accounts on the SOCNET SMM platform without explanation and the right to unblock.
- 5.3 More detailed rules of the Referral system are described on the corresponding page of the personal account. We ask you to familiarize yourself.
6. Refunds and Disputes
- 6.1 Deposits are final. Refund of the balance is possible only to the same payment method upon request through support.
- 6.2 A payment for which a chargeback is opened without attempting to settle with support blocks all further orders and cancels accrued services.
- 6.3 Incorrect or private links, duplication of orders to different servers, as well as using several suppliers at the same time for one account are not subject to compensation and do not guarantee the fulfillment of your orders.
- 6.4 Filing a claim for a specific order is possible within 24 hours after the problem arises; a screenshot or video evidence of the problem is required. You must contact the platform support regarding the corresponding problem.
- 6.5 Acceptance of payments to the PayPal payment system is provided only through the "Friends and Family" system. Refunds through the PayPal payment system are not carried out in any form. When paying through the PayPal payment system, we additionally charge you a commission of 20% of the payment amount.
- 6.6 If you file a dispute or refund for a deposit without any valid reason, we reserve the right to refuse your claim and stop all your subsequent orders or prohibit you from using our platform.
- 6.7 Inappropriate or erroneous orders to a personal or private account are not entitled to a refund at the client's fault. Be sure to confirm each order before placing it.
- 6.8 We reserve the right to file lawsuits against fraudulent actions of users and report such activities to the relevant authorities.
7. Prohibited User Actions
- 7.1 Creating multiple accounts to bypass current account blocks.
- 7.2 Spamming, advertising third-party resources in chats and appeals.
- 7.3 Attempted fraud, use of stolen cards, promotion of accounts with prohibited content.
- 7.4 Insults, threats, discrimination in dialogues with support.
8. Administration Rights
The administration of SOCNET SMM reserves the right to suspend operations or restrict access to the account without explanation if the user's actions threaten the security of the platform or the reputation of other clients.
9. Your Consent
By clicking the "Register" button and placing orders, you automatically confirm your full agreement with the current Rules of the SOCNET SMM platform.
